The first steps
"Provincijalac" is a team made of six students of the Faculty of Technical Sciences,Department of Mechatronics,University of Novi Sad.This team is going to participate with its project in the National Championship,in the area of amateur robotics, which is organized by the Faculty of Technical Sciences from Novi Sad in cooperation with EUROBOT-Planète Sciences, FRANCE (www . eurobot.org). The winners of the competition earn an opportunity to participate in the European Championship, which will be held in France,on May 2013th. However, even the National Championship will have an international character, because we traditionally have guests from the University of Toulouse and Versailles, from the University of Budapest and this year we are expecting a team from Thailand. Of course, three best placed teams from Serbia will earn an opportunity to compete at the Europian Championship in France.
Our goal is to,achieving good results at the National Championship, earn an opportunity to participate in the above-mentioned European Competition in France and show that Serbia is not lagging behind Europe and the rest of the world in the area of robotics.
